Clarissa Kristjansson, PhD, is a neuroscientist, an internationally known menopause educator, and a therapeutic menopause coach. She holds recognized certifications in third-age women's health coaching, mindfulness, and Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Clarissa is the creator of the THRIVE program, where she blends the best of Eastern and Western knowledge of health and well-being and supports women in menopause, feeling empowered and in charge even amidst the unplanned plot twists.
