Lou supports women to live, work and thrive in sync with their cyclical nature. She does this by weaving various modalities including; menstrual cycle awareness, yoga, coaching and holistic therapies.
She advocates and creates space for your wellbeing and is particularly adept at dancing with the inner critic having tussled with her own for years. She has a natural skill to allow you to feel deeply heard and safely held. She supports you to develop, unlock and evolve YOUR way of being.
Lou spends her time hosting and collaborating on retreats, mentoring and speaking at events and facilitating corporate workshops. She also offers massage and healing ceremonies from her home near Winchester. She is Mum to a six year old son and has a love of cold water swimming and Cacao.
