Ruth has been in the health and well being arena for over twenty years, and in the last four has focussed solely on coaching, teaching and helping ladies in the perimenopause, and beyond life phases. She coaches both individuals and groups to 'Master Their Menopause' and embrace the change that mid-life brings. Her main focus currently is running 90 Day Transformation Group Programmes, to create major shifts, and new habits, offering ladies the tools to empower themselves moving forwards.
