Bio
Sati shares her life between Exeter, Devon and Costa Rica. She is a writer, trauma healer, craniosacral and breathwork therapist, doula and a facilitator of embodied presence and cyclical awareness workshops. Besides her formal training in Europe and the UK, she has been actively engaged for over 25 years with various tribal traditions and mystery schools, implementing in her work the diversity and perspective of ancient cultures, art and traditional ways of healing.
